I would not recommend. My nurse would not read the updated orders from my doctor and set me back a month on my healing. Also It felt like an imposition for her to come to Rockwall where we live and they would show up at very little to no notice.

I'm only giving one star because there is no way of giving any less. The only details on my experience with this company are, no experiences. I have read many of the reviews given and they seem to fit my situation to a T. Lack of communication was the major complaint. Well NO communication is my complaint! On 3/11, I broke my ankle. It was a very bad break. After two surgeries and a boot placed on my leg, and still no weight bearing on the leg at all for 6 weeks, I was moved to a rehab hospital on 3/25th, where I received hospital care and PT and OT. My release date was supposed to be 4/11th. But due to some unforseen problems, I wasn't released until 4/14th. My case manager was to have set me up with a home healthcare nurse, and PT, and OT. She said they would be contacting me within a couple of days after I was released, it was all set up and ready to go. And so begins, my review. After being home a week, my PCP called to see if the home healthcare had started. I hadn't even heard from them let alone started. So my doctor called. She called me back and said now they knew who I was and someone named, "Chris", would be calling me the next day. Well the next day, "Chris", nor anyone else for that matter, called that day or any day afterward. Now just 2 days short of being 2 weeks, my doctor called me back to check on the status of the home healthcare service. I informed her of the no communication. A couple hours later another home healthcare agency called to get some information from me. A couple hours afterwards he called back and said a nurse would be calling to make an appointment for an assessment and make a schedule. And PT and OT would be calling the day after that. So, when you're looking into home health care services, I'd say skip this one and go to the next. If the lack of communication means they need no more clients, well, I'd say they are booked for the next ten years!!!😄

Not sure what has happened with this company always had good experiences up until now. The communication is absolutely horrible as well as the customer service. Finally got started and for 2 days it was smooth now the third day the nurse doesn’t come when she is suppose to and didn’t even call! I had to call her and she said she wouldn’t make it during our agreed upon time. Would have been nice to know especially since I was sitting here waiting and already had my medicine out to room temperature. Horrible

if you can, I would highly recommend avoiding solid care!!! the communication between patients and the company is nonexistent and its hard to get through to the person you need to speak with. when my nurse wasn't available, i had to call the company to find out who i was going to have, then wait for that nurse to call me, which usually didn't ever happen! we were desperate when looking for a home health agency so we went with whoever had nurses, but that was a huge mistake!!! Emilia filled in for my nurse one week and was absolutely amazing!!

The only reason it gets 3 stars is because I had a very positive experience with the home nurse. Mr. Howard was nice to work with. I did not have a good experience with pt and ot. The PT was good and thorough but I did not get to complete my sessions. I’m not sure why. No one could explain. The OT is the downfall of my experience, she came and did a 15 minute “assessment “ then said she would be in touch. A month later I get a call from the agency asking if I wished to continue occupational therapy. I said “ you mean start occupational therapy? I haven’t done anything but an assessment about a month ago.” I was told the therapist had been trying to reach me but I wouldn’t answer. That was not true. I had no calls or voice mails from anyone. Miraculously the OT called a few minutes later and set up a time to come over. When she arrived she did another “assessment “ it didn’t even last 15 minutes. We set an appointment for the following Saturday. I did have to cancel that because I wasn’t feeling well and actually ended up at the hospital with a blood clot. I never heard from her again. It’s been a month! I did call the agency a few weeks ago and they said they would have her contact me. Still nothing. They called just now because my doctor sent in new orders. I declined their services and will find a new agency. But I probably will not get to do anymore PT or OT because my insurance starts over in a few days and I won’t be able to afford it. They waisted more than my time, they hindered my progress.
