I overall had a pretty great experience with my PT in particular. Marisol was knowledgeable, caring, kind and personable. She answered all of my questions about how to continue with my healing after my fusion procedure. Very pleasant experience.

I had knee replacement 10 days ago. I have had a nurse Melissa and a PT named Evelyn. They are wonderful and I couldn’t be happier. Evelyn especially listens to my concerns and pushes me to do the best I can possibly do. My knee is able to bend to 120 already. She makes me feel that I can do anything.

They used the supplies my dad had at home rather than bringing their own. Told my dad he just needed band aids for wound care and we later found out from another, more professional home health and wound care doctor that they shouldn't have done that. Woman who provided home health was always late and didn't show up sometimes. We stopped using them after a week. Stay away from this place if you care about your family's wellbeing or your own.

My father was given PT services by this agency after knee replacement. My father complained that the exercises were too much for him. The physical therapist scolded him and told him to 'man' up. This resulted in his knee dislocating completely and he had to have emergency surgery again. Do not use this home health agency...they do not listen to their patients and they have their own agendas.

When this agency came to interview my husband on regards of providing home physical therapy, they neglected to inform my husband that they were not certified by TriCare to bill our insurance for copay charges. El Paso is a military community and deserves to receive honest information. When we received our explanation of benefits from primary insurance, we also received a bill from this shady company for over $600.00. Nobody in the office could tell me why they were not certified by TRICARE. The discharging person for the company charged $150.00 for a less than 5 minute visit and was very demanding of my time when he called to ask if he could come by. This agency needs to be reported to authorities.
