Absolutely DO NOT recommend. Home health was ordered by my mother's doctor to monitor her blood pressure. On the first visit, Nurse Paula's blood pressure machine was not working. She never - EVER - came back. I called repeatedly and spoke with Donna. A different nurse came one time weeks later, and then no one ever came back. My phone calls were a waste of time as there was never a resolution.

Rehab specialists were mostly excellent. Took over a month to see my speech therapist for the first time. The office/billing is awful. Not only did they not provide treatment records to my insurance company, but continue to refuse to provide them to me as well. Would not recommend. Amensed: the new billing specialist, Jeremy, helped resolve this issue with professionalism and patience. I am not updating the rating or prior review as I still had a bad experience with the firm; however, Jeremy deserves special recognition.

Sam of Coastal Staff Relief has provided me excellent Physical Therapy care for my Right Knee Total Replacement recovery. I am recovering faster than expected with his blend of light heartrd approach and tough workouts. Sam assess my needs at each visit and adjusts therapy based on needs, progress and comfort. I plan to request Sam when I get my Left Knee replaced.

The physical therapist , GG worked with me several times per week to help me obtain my endurance and gait again. He is knowledgeable, profeasional and caring.
