I would give them no stars as theAgency did not communicate adequately with my health care providers for wound care. They did not bring out supplies orginally as required. They kept changing appts and even Unlawfully Entered my home one morning when we did not have an appointment (Trespassed through a closed gate with a Trespass sign) and bolted through the door while I was partially undressed without my approval or knowledge. When I called the office to complained Stephanie Mitchell, the Administartor thought she would discredit me by slandering me stating the nurse said I abiused her...what screaming?? because I thought an intruder was in the Home. Yeah right! Keep it up and not only will I file a complaint with the Sheriff (check!) will file with Medicare and with Texas Board of Nursing!!
