Just started with this company for my mom who suffers from dementia. It has been not even 2 weeks. The 1st provider was late 5x times and my mom is without a new provider. I am getting exhausted of doing this on my own. Why get help? I am super women. really? No! I am thinking this is a Texas thing. Where is the respect to get a phone call back. Where is my moms new provider?
