When I change companies from a company from the valley due to necessity the first place I called was legacy who was very rude and I knew of their misgivings about Medicaid and Medicare fraud over 10 years ago and they were very rude and weren't very willing to work with me so I said no thank you I called the company called Coastal and they made it sound so great and wonderful and then when they do the intake who shows up a person from legacy doesn't let me speak in my own home. They told me they had a provider for me she was going to start on Monday called me on Friday I had a procedure that I needed to be have done on Tuesday Monday they called me and say oh you know what we don't have a provider sorry so there went that procedure I had to postpone and it was actually a life threatening procedure where if I didn't get it done well I wouldn't be here today. Then I get a phone call last Friday we need to do our quarterly visit what y'all were just here I just changed that should have been the quarterly visit I've been doing this for a long time and I was my own home health agency and I was a provider also so I kind of know my own way around this a lot. And then there's a part that I used to be in law enforcement. Now I'm not one to sit there and throw out the 4th amendment the second amendment and this and that we hear all about that too much these days and it's kind of meaningless in some cases in some cases is very meaningful and when you know you work with the federal authorities the reason the FBI's conviction rate is 98% is because we don't go and get a warrant until we go to the grand jury and make sure that we have enough evidence to go to court with a winning battle. So in that I know that you cannot just walk in someone's house and say that we're going to walk through your house that is a violation of your fourth amendment search rules that is an illegal search when they do not ask your permission they demand it they're violating the law and your civil rights and that's exactly what they did last Friday amongst the fact that I just got a new Siberian Husky that I had not had a way to secure it in its own room by itself my old husky I didn't need to this one I'm still training and he's full grown well he jumped the baby gate because I didn't have enough time to put something adequate and came bolting out in the living room that could have been bad. Because my state case worker at the dad's office was attacked by a dog so I get a 24-hour advance notice that I'm coming tomorrow so I put up the dog for her safety and the fact that she has ptsd. Now when I got home the other day I told them I wasn't home I got a voicemail we're on our way to your house I had to give up my lunch with my daughter-in-law and my son and my grandchildren so if you think I'm not pissed off right now being lied to being misled having procedures missed and then coming in my house and searching through every room when I have construction in the bedroom and in the kitchen and told her to stay out and she did not. They're going to be on the wrong end of a lawsuit here really soon by me. I can't believe they come to my house to do a visit walk through my house and because putting new raptors in my ceiling and a new room for my water heater the lady calls APS and says that my house is in bad shape really we just put new flooring in the bathroom put new raptors in the ceiling did a whole lot of work in here and she wants to say that well APS came and close the case and said it's a lot nicer looking in your house than we thought it would be by a lot I said I don't know what she put but there you go then I find out by my state case worker at the dad's office that they've done this to someone else. You do not have to let them walk through your house you can tell them no they're not allowed in my house ever again and I want the girls job that called APS that filed the false report and I want an arrested. I will be suing Coastal Home Health and I will be leaving

The staff lacks the basic comprehension skills to hold a conversation about anything and will pass you around to 4 people before responding with "we will call you back" and then they don't. They did not inform me that my services were no longer needed nor did they give a reason why. Did not enjoy working for them, 10/10 do not recommend.
