No one ever showed up for a visit except the initial visit after being discharged from hospital.

Sad to report but CC Healthcare at Home does NOT hold their employees responsible for following rules or protocol. After speaking several times w various levels of authority, they've chosen not to care to hold their employee accountable and this has cost them both our respect and continued business. We prefer companies who care and actually stand up for their patients/clients, especially since most are elderly/high needs. 👎

This company only cares about how much money they can pocket. The few nurses that care about their quality of work are great, and the rest are just there for a paycheck. When ordering supplies even with a script from a doctor they get the cheapest possible and not what is needed for the patient. Everytime I'm almost out of supplies something gets ordered wrong. I need a certain type of cathedar to prevent UTIs and have a script from a urologist for them and now I have to change companies because they try to tell me my cathedars are too pricey. It's all about money to them....it's sad....if you care more about money in this field than the patient you should quit.

When being discharged by hospital, were given less than a day to choose a home health company for after surgery care. We were blessed to have "happened" upon Brookdale. Unbelievable amount of care by nurse Celina!! Brookdale ended up not being in network with our insurance, but we paid out of pocket for a bit just to stay with them. They are that good! If they are in your network Brookdale is the one you need to call on. Everyone we were in contact with at Brookdale during the time of post surgery care were top notch!!
