Monica is the CNA that comes to help my dad. She is truly amazing and a blessing. Her bedside manner is amazing. She's very respectful and patient with my dad. You can see that she truly enjoys looking after her clients. She definitely goes above and beyond when she's with him. Thank you, Monica, for helping me take care of my dad.

Sundi RN is my mom’s nurse for Nurses on Wheels. She is very professional and caring nurse. Whenever we need refills she orders them right and follows up to make sure we got them. When she comes to visit my mom she takes her time and explains things to her. She is an excellent nurse.

The RN Sundi that is caring for my mother is absolutely fabulous. She treats my mother as if she were a member of the family. Sundi is very thorough with her assessments and makes sure my mother has all of her needs met. We look forward to her visits. The CNA Elizabeth that comes to care for my mother I couldn’t ask for anyone better. She is so gentle with my mom during her bath and my mother always feels better after Elizabeth’s visits. Elizabeth is the only one we have visit because of her gentle and caring nature.

Monica Mendez (Nurses On Wheels) She’s one of the hardest workers and most loving and caring nurses that attends to my brother (Samuel Sanchez). She’s always quick to respond with whatever concerns we may have to help us in anyway with our brother. Samuel is always happy to see her when she comes to help him. Which he doesn’t do but with very few people. One very happy family, feel very blessed to have her as our CNA. Thank you for all your help!

These folks would have gotten a good review from me had I not seen them working first hand. I was fortunate to be there for my dad's last few days on Earth, but I was horribly disappointed in what I saw from these hospice nurses. Hospice providers are supposed to know when a patient is in transition, and how to handle that. These patients are often in a great deal of pain, and since they are actively dying, they require very little. On the day my father passed away, I was horrified to walk into the nursing home to see that they had pulled him out of bed FOR A SHOWER. He had been in transition for a few days at that point, and I cannot fathom how someone could be so cruel as to do that. They decided to do this to a man suffering from multiple organ failure who was hours from death. Nurse Cordova in particular should be ashamed of herself. This woman tried to tell me, his daughter, what my dad "would want." Lady, you knew him for a few months, I knew him my entire life. Do not presume to tell ME what my father wants. She tried to say he wouldn't want his pain medication. IN ORGAN FAILURE. No, he just didn't want anything from YOU. If you want compassionate care, look elsewhere. I am so glad that I could at least be there to advocate for him and protect him the best I could from these people.
