Have been trying to get my Mom's medical equipment since March and here it is July. When I call they either say they can't locate her in their system (which is ridiculous because we have a few items from them), or they apologize and say they will bring the items that are missing, but they never do. I had to go back and forth between them and the Doctor's office dozens of times just to get the few things they did bother to deliver, and I've been getting billed by Lincare in the meantime for the things I've had to keep from them that my Mom can't be without due to her oxygen dependency. It's absolutely insane how horribly run this company is, and how nobody seems to know anything about the business they are running. If you have a choice on where to go, don't come here, seriously. 0/10 ** Update: Haven't even been able to get ahold of anyone at "One Home Care Solutions" - apparently that's the part of their company that deals with issues today, because I keep getting transferred. Half the time they blame the Doctor's office. The supplier in Corpus Christi itself answers, but then has to transfer me because they don't see anything pending delivery on their end. Once transferred to their 'solution center', I just get recordings that say the mailbox is full or a request to put in the code of the person I want to talk to (and I don't have one). It's exasperating. :(

I've never been able to use the equipment. They were suppose to come back and adjust, never showed, never contacted me. However, they are still billing medicate every month. Fraud!

Scheduled oxygen tanks to be delivered to my place of residency for April 20, 2021 by 12PM. Called to check status of delivery, their customer service stated that it was scheduled for delivery between the hours of 2PM to 4PM which was not what was scheduled but whatever. No way of contacting the direct location, since there is no phone number provided, and customer service is coincidentally not answering. It is now 4:03 pm with no follow up calls on an ETA, nor any oxygen tanks. This company is ridiculous when it comes to urgency, thank god this is not a life or death situation. If somebody from the office reads this review, can you place respond with a freaking phone number to contact direct location? For future inquiries on this company, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. ::UPDATE:: It's now 4:49 PM, Tuesday, April 20, 202. NO TANK HAS BEEN DELIVERED. If I could give 0 stars I would
