Very unprofessional the lady I talk to on the phone would talk over me not trying to let me tell her what was going on. I specifically told the first nurse that I needed my wound care in the morning since I have complications with my health she also assumed me she was going to be the only nurse seeing me. But now another nurse shows up and late also. This little company needs to go out of business

I had to rate a 1 in order to post! BUT THEY ARE RATED A ZERO ! I asked for confidentially with manager Amanda! Not given!! Made a formal complaint on A nurse named JUDY OR JULIE she medal’s into family business and talks down to family members! Well JUDY OR JULIE I’M NOT THE ONE BE HONEST WITH YOUR BOSS AND TELL HER THAT YOU GO WITH PATIENTS PLACES WHICH YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO DO!!! WHAT U NEED TO DO IS YOUR JOB AND DO IT RIGHT! YOU SHOULD KNOW HER DIABETES RANGES! YOUR SHOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH YOUR PATIENTS DRS OFFICE!! YOUR A NURSE NOT A DOCTOR SUGGEST DON’T DEMAND AND YOU CERTIFICATE/DEGREE DOESN’T MAKE YOU SMARTER THAN ANYONE!! MY MOM NEEDS A NURSE NOT A FRIEND!!

Not very good service. My mother in law was talking to a delinda. We all heard her on the phone saying she was done with my mother in law, called her too demanding. On good note Amy was a good nurse. Rita was good aide as well.
