New patient need PT so far very bad service from office. Hospital setup this company for me. Im going to change to another company I see a lot of negative reviews makes me second guess them. If they some how give me a schedule of the days they will be stopping by i have fallow up appointment with doctors it makes it hard to go without having any idea of the days or times they will stoping by . I will probably change the review. Hope it helps someone else.

PRANA was set up my my hospital, who then horseback are, who hired contractors, for in home health and therapy (OT and PT). I didn’t get any calls to set up service until 3 weeks after being discharged. After getting care and therapy daily in the hospital and rehab due to a spinal cord infection. Therapist was call or text the day before before, with no regular time set. Results of blood draws were not given to me and sent to DRs I had not met and who would also not return calls for results. None of the therapists had a “plan” for care, it was “up to me”, and calls to PRANA and Maxicare for details and to speak with an owner/Manager, went ignored when service suddenly stopped and same day appointments cancelled. I had more sessions to go under insurance.

First time receiving services from this healthcare agency The lady was an hour and 15 minutes late no call nothing we sat here waiting not knowing if she was still coming or not. I think it’s very unfair to keep a patient waiting. I consider that to be poor service. After 45 minutes of her asking unnecessary questions I escorted her out my home

Agnes was my home health care nurse. She was very professional, kind and encouraging to me. Prana Healthcare went out of there way to get my medicine for my home iv before I got out of the hospital. I thank you ALL at Prana Healthcare! I will definitely recommend y'all to my family and friends 🧡

Nurses and staff VERY unprofessional. Arrive late almost all the time. The nurse assigned to me was a NEWLY graduated nurse, didn’t know ANYTHING. Yet, they sent her to my house by herself for dressing changes and blood work. She didn’t even do well with those basic skills that are suppose to be taught in nursing school during the first year! The only reason why things ended up going well with my midline is because I am a nurse and I corrected EVERY SINGLE thing she did wrong. I wish this review was an exaggeration, but it’s not. This home health agency wasn’t the one I was originally assigned to in the hospital, but I got stuck with them because they kept calling me and I taught it was the original agency and set up a schedule with their nurse. They don’t identify themselves when they call, so if the hospital tells you a home health agency make sure to not get caught up when others call because other agencies will call to try to get you in their service. I made the mistake of getting caught up with them because I didn’t know other agencies would get my information trying to get my service. I know better now, and I will make sure to pass this information to my patients who are ordered home health.
