Hi, please be aware that this place charges like a hospital and have hidden charges. The entrance is on the side and you do not use the same hospital entrance but it’s surely a hospital. I went in for an appointment back in March for a small leg wound. I called ahead of time an asked for an approximate cost for the consultation/visit. It took them two days to get back to me with a $277 charge over the phone. I decided to proceed because the urgent care was around $250. I went in and they gave me a gauze and told me to keep it tight/closed and to come back in a week. I decided not to come back because the wound was better. I’m glad I didn’t come back because a month later, I was hit with additional charges totaling my visit about $1200. I could’ve gone to the urgent care and it would’ve been less expensive and same treatment. Please note, no stitches or X-rays, a simple gauze. I called the hospital billing department to explain my case and they were very rude. In one shot they sent me to a debt collector thinking it would intimidate me. The simple action of notifying me that they charge like a hospital when I originally called for a consultation would’ve saved me $$ and time especially during these hard times. Also, having a capable and patient billing department could’ve gotten them some payment. Please be aware. Visit a wound specialist not associated with a hospital.

Dr. Tulip was mean to the nursing staff and to my 85 year old mom and dad. Don’t subject yourself to that. Go somewhere else and hire a therapist to get over your experience. My wife knows her from working at the hospital ... she has a reputation.

Dr Tuli saved my life. If you need wound care treatment, don't waste time or endanger your life. Don't let a doctor that doesn't specialize in wound care treat you. Her staff is exceptionally well versed in wound care. Wound care and Infection control can be life or death. This is where you want to be if it happens to you or someone you love.
