The company was okay but still kind of unprofessional when they wanted to come out to render Services it was less than 24 hours of notice my father we had. Also my father had 2 different nurses less than 2 months. Changes were not of my choice which was really weird 🤔. The last chance with me to drop this agency was when I received a call yesterday trying to send a 3rd nurse for what??? They never explained not one time why the changes. I refuse to let different people come in and out of my parents house!!! So, no way I will trust an agency like this.They call you on weekends at 10:00pm trying to schedule an appointment the next day for service.It wasn't even questioned why I want to terminate their services????

the therapist was a nice guy. however he was always on his devices phone or computer and rarely looked at me or gave me any feedback about how i was doing the exercises. i had to nag him to get his attention as far as was i doing the exercises properly. he was also up to an hour late frequently. i understand they travel between homes and rode conditions and all that....but still. the nurse who i had initial contact with was nice and it was determined that i didn't need nursing visits or aids. just PT. it was helpful to get the exercises and i'm glad i had some services. but less phone/device focused and more patient focus please!!!
