I’m deeply disappointed with the service my mother received from Brema Healthcare. Her prescribed care included Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Nurse services. While the nurses themselves were kind and professional, the overall experience was unacceptable. Brema Healthcare repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments, and when we reached out to report the issue, they stopped responding to our messages entirely. This level of unreliability is not just frustrating it’s dangerous when you’re trusting a company with the well-being of a loved one. I would never recommend Brema Healthcare to anyone seeking dependable and compassionate care. Our experience was marked by neglect and a lack of accountability.
