CHOSEN HOME HEALTH TAKES GREAT CARE OF MY PATIENTS. THE NURSES ARE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE NEEDS OF THE PATIENTS ARE MET IN TIMELY MANNER. THE PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES ARE GREAT. THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES. THE SOCIAL WORKERS TAKES CARE OF SOCIAL SERVICES NEEDED FOR PATIENTS. My mom was under the care of Chosen Health Care, and I am truly grateful for the compassion and respect they showed her during such an important time in our lives. The staff treated her with dignity, kindness, and patience, and that meant everything to our family. From the beginning, they were attentive, supportive, and professional. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made sure my mom was comfortable and well cared for. It was clear that they genuinely cared, not just about doing their job, but about her as a person. During a very emotional and challenging period, Chosen Health Care gave us peace of mind.

If our family could give zero stars we would. This company is extremely hard to communicate with. I have yet to find anybody with good English that I’ve talked to you on the phone. The Nurses aid speaks broken English at best. The nurse that comes to do insulin shot barely even acknowledges our Mom. Her English is also very poor. Trying to get them to follow the doctor’s orders is like pulling teeth. If you finally do speak to someone on the phone, You will get a lot of “I don’t know” answers. Do not think for a second your loved one will have the proper care if you go with this company. Please do not put them in their hands! Pick another company.

So far so good I have had wonderful service. The staff have listened to my needs and responded with help and kindness and speed.My nurse is excellent and always helpful and very knowledgeable. The OT and PT are helping more than any company I have been with before, excellent all the way around.

I had a great experience under these circumstances. Edna, Tina, Carmen, and Grace were all very helpful and always made me feel very comfortable. Even on my bad days. This has been a very difficult time in my life and I always looked forward to seeing them and listening to their great advice. Very attentive and caring for my mom. You know this is a very hard time in our lives and they always were here for both of us in any thing we needed. I will always will be grateful and thankful for these ladies. Glad to have met them. Especially Edna, we’ve known each other all of our lives. And Carmen, it seemed as if I knew her forever too she always had the best advice seeing how she cared for her father too when he went through the same thing.. I look at caregivers with a new level of respect. They are God sent for sure.❤️ Thank you all for your support and services.
