With this company for close to two years. I was discharged without anyone from the office calling me . There is rumor that some complaint was filed against but no one in management called to ask me about it. A nurse was sent to my home to discharge me and was unclear of the reason behind it. This company needs to work on their Communication skills. They can not keep good nurses on. I have lost count on how many different nurses went to work else during my time with them. This is the first time some issue came up and no one ( from management ) took the time to discuss it with me

The very beginning of the process was fine, I called the Co's and Mr. Lu had listened to me and had given me a all the Info. to apply for their Physical Therapy at home since because my chronic & severe back pain and being in a home-bound state... Then once I have been approved by My Doctor, someone had called me to do the Evaluation, and then a very nice young lady-Therapy specialist had reached out to me to schedule the First therapy session. Right after the "Intake" had been done. But, for the next therapy session (home visit) It was SOMEONE ELSE, and Not my designated therapist, who wanted to come in, Instead. I preferred to wait for My therapist, instead. It never happened, since Ms. K. was sent someplace Else every single time ! The Co-DFW that has been purchased by LCH Group just recently (that provides nurses and therapists) and Do Not work in tandem to provide a good stable, services: They are unpredictable and inconsistent. And One Hand doesn't know what the other (hand) does: there is NOT a Single Responsible party or a Person who would Assume the responsibility for their Actions- they just Play phone games with a client, and FOOTBALLING You from one to another ! It is Not the Provider to guarantee solid quality Home Services, look someplace else !

We have used this company for my husband and myself they are excellent. Like all companies, they have challenges, mainly schedule proceedings and staffing. We have been blessed to have Nurse Venessa l. She is one of the most competent, caring, and professional young ladies one could be in the care of. A jewel of a person and follow up. We can say nothing but good things about our OT and PT team.any hick ups we have had are off set by the staff.

The PT, Brooke, is great. She’s the only great and competent part of this company. Everyone else can’t get scheduling together if their lives counted on it. My dad’s nurse was supposed to show up last week. Everyday was “tomorrow someone will be there and they’ll text the night before.” Instead, I get a call on a Saturday morning if the nurse can come in a few minutes. Umm no. That’s unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this home health care company at all.

Totally incompetent, don’t waste your time trying to deal with them. They were to provide PT service, and their nurse and PT evaluator did arrive as Schumer, and appeared to go a good job. They were to submit their reports and get back with a schedule for home visits the next day. That was the last that was heard from this agency about starting PT visits. Three days later a call from them wanting to setup an evaluation. Two days later another voice message call for the same thing. When answered, they were to call back, never happened. After knee surgery urgently stating PT is crucial, this service was completely useless, and totally non responsive. Stay away!
