I unfortunately needed home health services after a recent surgery and had the pleasure of working with Enhabit home health for my wound care. It was a joy to meet Tony, who did my intake and had plenty of stories, books and movies to share. It was a pleasure to meet Tiara who filled in for my regular nurse on an occasion and who was able to laugh with me through my uncomfortable wound care. Last off, thank you to Sara, my regular nurse, for always bringing inspiring energy, great conversation and a celsius to my appointments! I am not sure I would have healed so fast without their expertise. You would be hard pressed to find better nurses that care for their patients in the way they do. I highly recommend Enhabit Home Health and especially the 3 nurses listed above, who all deserve a raise and more vacation days!

I wish I could give negative stars. The office manager is very childish and needs more communication skills. She hung up on me because I was asking questions about my services. Each time Each time I called back they would hang up on me because of the caller ID. The intake nurse was very rude & mean. Do not let them care for your loved ones. They only care about the money. Please don't use the company; they are very good at lying.

I had a very close family member that was on services earlier this year and part of last year with this company. This family member went into the hospital for a procedure but unfortunately passed away shortly afterward. The family had an outpouring of condolences from the other allied health team members such as a nutritionist and doctor’s office. However, it was greatly noticed that the family did not receive a card, a call, or even a text of condolences from this company. It was not overlooked and the family member passed away over 4 months ago at the time of this review. I’m so disappointed as the family was very involved in the care planning of this family member and to have not received acknowledgment of their death is hurtful. The only thing I can try to reason is their episode may have ended during the very short hospital stay but I am sure the company was made aware. It demonstrates a lack of compassion and empathy from this agency. Please go with another company that will not view your family member as another “number” or as someone who contributes to their census.
