This company truly does not care nor do they take any accountability. The supervisor who does the original consult is not very kind, very ill prepared and overall is terrible. First therapist we had was beyond lazy (4 sessions with my mom all 15-30 minutes when it states they should be an hour). The only saving grace was the second therapist named Danny- he made up for everything and took his time with her and made progress. Sadly we only had Danny about 2 sessions before her doctor realized it was too late due to the first therapist dropping the ball and he sent her to ATI for continued therapy. This company is garbage and knows it, hence why they never give out any supervisor's names or contacts. I would wait for a supervisor to reach out, however I know they won't, regardless of this review.

My brother is a patient here and this home Health knows what they are doing and the staff is very professional and following all the CDC guidelines during this Pandemic. I am happy with their services ☺.

They don't care about their patients. We had an evaluation with a nurse on Labor Day. A few days later, we had an eval for physical therapy. We never heard back from anyone on when they would be following up, nor when they would be coming back for my mom. I called their numbers a week later, but the numbers just rang--no answer, no voice mail. I called their parent company One Point Health Services, explained, and was transferred to them. Eventually, I got to talk to a person who said they didn't know anything about the problem and had a wound care nurse and physical therapist out later the week. The next week, at an office visit with the wound care doctor, the doctor informed me that instructions were not being followed as far as how to dress the wound. Later that day, my mom texts me that the PT was there for 20 minutes, but asked where Jack in the Box was and headed off to lunch. I called and again had to go through One Point to get to someone at Excel Plus. I spoke with Sheila who said she was VP of Operations. She said she had no idea that any of this went on. She said she would have a PT out to see my mom on 9/14 at 4p. No PT ever arrived. You can find better service in a gas station. Certainly better care for your loved ones. Keep shopping.
