UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!! I don’t know if anybody Is actually working in this office. To get my therapy renewed, they told me I needed a new doctor’s order which I then did virtually. My doctor’s office sent them the order. I didn’t hear from them, so I called to check on the status. They told me that my insurance denied coverage.. I called my insurance company, United healthcare and they stated that they never did deny it. I called Guardian again andI’m told that I need to get a second order. So my doctor’s office sent over a second order. Again, no communication from Guardian , I had to call again . This time a non-English speaking female was speaking so broken, that I could not understand her. I asked her to repeat what she said three times and I still could not understand. She then hung up on me! This office is so unprofessional. I called back and spoke with a different English speaking agent. She said now I need to go in for an in-person visit to get an order. I couldn’t believe it ! Already a month and a half has passed and the two virtual orders they refuse accept. The next day,United healthcare offered in-home visit by a nurse practitioner. She was able to order my in-home PT. I told her to forward the order to the Guardian Angels. A week later, I call Guardian Angels and they have no record of the visit. To recap: Twice they told they need another doctor’s order, then I need a in person doctor visit for an order , And today they’re telling me I need a doctors order without telling me I need an in person. I told them that I am not going to ask my doctor to send an order for the third time. I told them they need to get their act together. The only reason I was patient for almost 2 months was because I wanted to continue with my therapist, Trevor. This company is not worth dealing with , because no one in that office knows what they’re doing. Look at all the other one star reviews! They’re there for a good reason.

Why are you refusing to pay your staffing agencies? You rely on their services for OT and PT staffing, yet you disappear when it's time to settle invoices. Just wait until your state surveys come around; your agencies will be reported for this blatant disregard. Enjoy your deceptive practices while they last!

I’ve been waiting for two weeks to start therapy. Someone came for one day for like five minutes and left and nobody else has came back out to even try to start therapy and I have had both need total replacement. I just wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

The people they sent were okay but when they went on vacation no replacements were sent. This happened twice, and when the third person showed up, he stayed for ten minutes before saying he couldn't help and abandoned my mother in law. Truly unprofessional.
