My mother has been using Guiding Home Care for over a year. During the first 11 months they provided very good service, especially the caregiver staff. The administrative staff over the last month has become non-responsive to phone calls and only communicates via text or email. With the renewal by the VA of additional Home Care hours we wanted to add weekend hours to the schedule. We were told they would only approve additional weekday hours to the schedule and we could take their schedule recommendations or leave it. My mother doesn't need extra weekday hours, it would be a waste of VA funds. No explanation as to why they will not fulfill our request but this is poor customer service. We're now looking for another company.

Guiding Home Care is the Best Home Care in the Dallas Fort Worth Metoplex area. Myra is Highly Professional and provides Excellent Medical Home Care for those in need. She provides Skilled Nurse Care with or with out wound care. RN Nurse Ashley is the best Nurse. Myra is also a RN and is very knowledgeable in Medical Care. Also, Myra provides Physical Therapiy and with Precious help you can get an excellent physical therapist. Precious is excellent in finding the Best Physical Therapist for your needs. Peter is an excellent physical therapist. I am a VET getting both Skilled Nurse with Wound Care and Physical therapy. Myra help Vets and everyone in need. She can provide Home Aides as well. You Are In Good Hands with Myra, her excellent Medical Team and Guiding Home Care.
