A ZERO Rating. The worst home health experience ever! I do NOT recommend this company. After release from hospital I needed home health for assistance. My medical insurance provider won’t let you select your agency of choice. You GET a company in their rotation. I was assigned Our Savior Healthcare Services. They were on my front porch at 7 am the day after I got home from the hospital. I could not understand the Nurse when she spoke. She had the orders wrong and was about to do exactly the opposite of what the Surgeon had directed. Then 3 days later an unskilled O.T. evaluator shows up declaring I need some help. That’s it folks. It’s been over a week and I have not heard a peep from this company. They have disappeared, as well they should. I will not allow this company to provide me any services. They appear unprofessional and extremely incompetent. Please folks, read agency reviews before selecting one. Save yourself this grief.

Our experience with this company was horrible, and they hadn't even been to our home. They were to come assist my mother with an ostomy bag replacement and when mom spoke to them on the phone they were very rude to her, and when the day of the appointment came, the woman on the phone hardly spoke any english and was very hard to understand. This company overall is very unprofessional and I would not advise doing buisness with them in the future. If I can't trust them to be comforting, knowledgeable, and understandable on the phone, then we're not letting them into our home!

If I could do a zero star review I would this was by far the worst experience I have ever received from a home health care company. The "nurse" had nothing she was suppose to bring to change and clean everything. She then told me after messing with the Picline that she didnt have what she needed for that either and would check the store for it... the store.... this is connected to the heart she didnt wear a mask or anything to that affect. This is by far the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with when it comes to something like this. They are suppose to help people stay out of the hospital and with what she did I would be back in the hospital in a week... I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!
