Unorganized, I was supposed to get care as soon as I got out of the hospital for OT and PT. I received neither. I called and asked only to be told they would check on it and never heard back. Then I called again and was told that there was not anyone to service my area, a month later. Someone could have called to tell me or my insurance this info. The kicker is that the day after I called, a person from PT called and asked if he could come by and do his initial set up, I said sure. He came by asked some questions, asked when I got out of the hospital, I told him he said you have been here for a month without services. They just called my office yesterday! YESTERDAY!!!! WHAT!!! My insurance changed companies after I told them this mess!!! Who does that!! A mismanaged receptionist, uninformed employee, I don't know, but I would save the hassle and your health and go with some other company that values your time, health and care then this one! Garland or Hurst location
