This company was fantastic. My dad was at the VA. They had their own "preferred" hospice companies, but my dad wanted to use Ultimate Caring. They made a difficult situation so much easier. When we got him home, they made sure 1) we could get him home. We declined an ambulance ride, but they had that in the works in case we didn't want to drive home or changed our minds 2) we had medications at home. I told them the medications my dad was on, and it was easily transferred over 3) we had supplies 4) we had no questions. Literally when we got home, we had everything we needed and a line to call with any questions or concerns. The social worker and chaplain were quick to call and see if we needed anything. We declined aide services, but they were offered up to 5 times a week if we did need them. We had all the equipment we needed. The company as a whole was organized and worked easily with the VA. When my dad did pass, staff came out and took care of everything. I could just focus on my family. Several months later and the chaplain still follows up. I am so glad we went with Ultimate Caring. Everyone truly did show they care. 3 staff members even came to the funeral. They are a family and literally become an extension of your family working together.

I have to say, this company is absolutely amazing !! Chris the RN who is helping us with my mother in law has been the best . This situation is not easy , but Chris and his team have made this process so much easier . They take care of everything for us . I totally recommend this amazing company . They are all so very kind and compassionate. I need to update my review . My mother in law just passed away on the last week . We had the most caring nurses named Robert and Nicholas. They took such good care of her and our family . We were so blessed for these 2 men to care for this special lady

It was a short 5 weeks that my family had the pleasure of having Ultimate Caring Hospice taking care of our dad. Dad was 98 and his body was in a wheelchair but his mind was active and full of life. Our nurse Heather treated dad with respect and a bucket full of humor, which he loved. Heather was extremely knowledgeable, communicated well and very kind. We were updated weekly with reports of dad’s health concerns and daily reports as 24 hour care became necessary. Everyone in this organization is knowledgeable, patient, willing to explain in detail how hospice works, always available, and just plain nice. You can count on them to give you and your loved one their best!
