My specialist doctor won't even accept my United Healthcare insurance because it is with SHR and they don't pay. Updating my review because ready reset medical needs have it covered readily by. SHR. One time there is a two and a half week delay for approval which was a problem but otherwise everything is good going much better.

My doctor sent a referral through this company. It’s been 2 weeks since I was at the doctors and still can’t go to the specialist since I have HMO because this place hasn’t sent the paperwork yet. I’ve called and talked to someone twice and yet it is still not taken care of. Horrible.

I never had a problem with my insurance until this company suddenly appeared. Now I am thousands of dollars out of pocket because they keep denying claims for MRI’s and necessary procedures. They claim they aren’t an insurance company and then they deny coverage to doctors who are IN NETWORK with my real insurance. I don’t even know who these people are or HOW they got connected to my coverage, but they have made an already very difficult health situation a NIGHTMARE for me. Meanwhile, when I call my insurance company, they tell me they don’t even know who this company is! This is such a SCAM!!!

Completely useless company. UnitedHealth has been unable to process the claims correctly through them for months and they have (according to the unitedhealthcare rep) been unable to reach Southwestern during business hours on most occasions. This company is a money pit with terrible coverage and service.
