I am a nurse in Kemp Tx. I called Solaris on a Sunday morning with a new patient who was in a lot of pain. By the time I got back to work at 6pm that evening she was already on service and her medications were there. They have gone above and beyond more times then I can even count. Thank you for always giving us support when we need you the most!

I just tried to call the number for corporate, someone eventually answered and said her name was Rebecca and when she answered she asked if she could take a message. I started to briefly explain the situation with my mother and said I’d like to know more about the services you guys offer and she said “that office is open from 8AM to 4:45PM”. Then the phone just hung up….no call back tomorrow, not even a goodbye she simply just hung up. It was 4:51PM when I called because I was at work. Kinda makes you not want a loved ones life in the hands of someone like that.
