I am a full-time caregiver to my 85 year old father-in-law who has Parkinson’s and other health conditions. Through my years of caring for him in our home, we have been with a couple of home health agencies. The other agencies in the past dismissed his need for continual care, and would dismiss him from the agency. Renew has been an absolute blessing. From the beginning, they have listened and addressed all concerns and needs. They have readily helped with securing medical equipment and supplies. All individuals, from the administrative staff to the healthcare professionals that enter your home, are pleasant, helpful, and professional. We absolutely love our nurse Marcie, and do not know how we would have survived the last couple years without her. She has gone above and beyond more than one time to make sure my father-in-law was well cared for. We have also had exceptional physical and occupational therapists.
