Trio provided home care for my father in assisted living. When he went into Hospice care they were outstanding. They also provided grief support for my mother after his passing. It really helped her to deal with his passing and continue on with her life.

Last Year I Chose To Begin My HH Care With TRIO HH/Denton Texas. When I began with them, EVERY Nurse, PT/OT, and Office Personnel were Exemplary and I Received Exceptional Care!!! In The Last 6mos+, there has been SO MANY Turn-Overs/Changes Within The Company. MOST have LEFT if Not All….Now…. If You Need -or You have A Luvd One that Needs Care…. Please Choose Another Company! Especially if You Can’t ADVOCATE for Yourself/Luvd One! I was LIED TO and ON Specifically by An Office Staff Member! She Also Lied on My PCP. This Particular Individual-NOT Once-But Twice Wanted me Discharged From TRIO. I was NOT Given Any Notice Prior. She stated it was My PCP Who stated I can be Discharged. My PCP NEVER Requested Such! I was Left LAST Minute with NO Home Health Care To Help Me With Weekly, Blood Draws, Vitals Taken, De-Assessing -Assessing My Power Port, etc I have Several Serious Medical Issues and Require Care! To be “LIED” On As A Patient, and To Find out My PCP was LIED On As Well was-To Say The Least- Very Hurtful! It’s SAD that A Company Can Go From Exceptional to NOT Caring or Being TRUTHFUL!!! I’m Sharing My OWN Personal Experience because I DON’T Want ANYONE To Go Through What I have! I Pray Those Who Work There, and The New Owners yet Again…. Will Think About Their Actions and The Way They TREAT Their Trusting Patient’s! NO “1” Deserves What Happened To ME- NO ONE!!!🙏🏻

My mom was in the care of Trio Home Health this past year. The nurse and physical therapists were great. We had an extremely bad experience with their speech therapist on staff Heather. My mom suffered from Dysphagia which resulted in her losing her ability to swallow, eat and drink which resulted in tube feedings. My mom experienced nausea when the speech therapist was onsite with her in early May this year. She messaged me and let her care giver onsite know at the time since she was throwing up she was not needed and was leaving while my mom was in distress and packed her things up and left. This resulted in my mom aspirating which we called 911 immediately all at the same time the speech therapist messaged me saying she was okay. The caregiver also noted she just sat there and would not lift a finger to help while she was scrambling to help mom and get her cool rags anything to help her. Due to her lack of empathy my mom was hospitalized and passed away due to this a couple weeks later after having to be intubated. We spoke to the director of Trio and she had no concern except for saying she will speak with the speech therapist. This is not something that will fade away on my part and want people to know to be careful if you are assigned this therapist as she has no care and should not be in this line of work. Very disgusted with Trio and will fight for my mom. The director should have followed up and shown some remorse this happened on their watch. But of course not.

As an ICU nurse, I wholeheartedly recommend Trio Home Care. My grandfather had Alzheimer's and after he was hospitalized for a bad fall and discharged with a horrendous experience at Good Samaritan (south), we opted for Trio since they provided ongoing follow up treatment (physical therapy, speech, etc.) but also allowed for a smooth transition if we needed to go the hospice route (which we ended up doing after a lung infection later on). I cannot sing Tonie's praises enough. Mychelle was wonderful, too. They are always readily available and support whatever goals the family sets for the patient's well-being. I was able to text the nurse for any issues, they have someone on call 24/7 and always alleviate any anxiety you have concerning the treatment of their patients. They care for your loved one like they're family, and they were very compassionate and understanding with our family. Thanks to their help and support, my grandfather was able to pass away peacefully in the comfort of his home with the love of his life at his bedside. There's nothing more one could hope for.
