Such an unprofessional company. Withholding bonuses from professionals that were affected by the government shutdown is deplorable. They still worked 80-90% of the year. Taking care of your employees and providers is so important right now. Be better.

This agency staffed provider services for my four year old son who has multiple medical diagnosis from late 2023 through early 2024. I separated from this agency after capturing video footage on a home camera in my son's bedroom where the provider was lifting my son inappropriately, using profanity towards him and terrorizing him. I terminated the provider immediately and notified the person I was instructed oversaw my son's case. A week later I received a call from someone whom identified themselves as the agencies administrator and she advised me she had just found out about the incident that day. I send her screenshots of the footage and she advised me they would take appropriate actions to remedy what happened. Weeks later I received a letter of complaint reply in which my son's insurance informed me the agency lied and stated they don't have footage and I failed to report the incident to their agency. It stated the provider will be made to take courses on child abuse, neglect and extortion prior to being considered to work with their agency again. This is disappointing and unacceptable, I have proof I did notify the agency immediately, if they failed to escalate the information accordingly as cover up that is on them not me. Footage was provided as early as 2 days after the incident. I can validate everything that has been listed on this review as being factual. Be weary of this agency and the protection they provide in these types of circumstances.I would rate 0 if possible.

I had to give a 1star but it's not even worth that. Their office staff is unprofessional & infested with bugs. They do not know how to keep logs on the services they provide. Will not explain the incidents that happen with a patient. Worried loving son of a patient.
