Please stay far from this company I'm paying 140 every month I went urgent care my bill was 572 dollars they pay only 75 , 3 times a year , all thair agent are lai to customer , they record voice for reading some policy but they don't record about the deal what they explain

They are dishonest in their payment process. I worked with the Community First Choice program and they billed my insurance while no paying me saying "they had no record of me clocking in". Be VERY WARY when choosing them as a provider. Their employee turn over, including the office, is HUGE. I had to finally file a complaint with the labor board using the Pay Day laws. There are many, many home health agencies. Run quickly away from this one!!
