1 step above a (cant say as i dont want my reciew taken down. I was sent here by my lawyers because I am unable to get my docs to see me because of a not at fault accident. Did a phone intake, covered all meds, history, etc. They called that an appointment. Then I go in, being told by my lawyers that was seeing an MD and was going to start therapy right then. Its a 2 hour drive for me. Saw an NP and no therapy. She touched me in 1 place and didn't bother looking at my extensive bruising. Said some of the pain meds I take, which I was out of and asked for a refill, will work against me. Called in a script for 800mg Motrin, 3 times a day. I take that in store bought form 200mg tablets X 4. And up to 6 times a day for migraines. Sent a cream with the same ingredients as the patchs the teledoc I saw that is not part of their praxtice. Now I have a cream and patches, both say no more than twice a day. She did send muscle relaxer, which I was out of, so good on that. When I arrived and walked in the back, there was an open area, with 1 PT table in a large open area. There were 5 or 6 staff members sitting around doing nothing. Avoid this place.

If I could give it NO star I would…my care have been so INCONSISTENT!!!! I don’t believe not one person LISTENED to me as to WHERE my pain was located…the first day I was to see the doctor I went in and filled out paper work and was told then that the doctor will do a phone visit with me cause she had to leave. Once we spoke on the phone she said therapy 5 times a week WITHOUT even physically touching me. After going and seeing that my pain is not being targeted, I asked if they had my X-ray report it took a while to obtain them but still I am going four days a week and my pain is not being dealt with and they said it was because they didn’t have my xray report. I saw the medical doctor and he was FAST AND RUDE gave me pain medication and a gel to rub on but still my pain is not being dealt with. I asked so do you just put these electrodes on just because, one day I received I’ve another day I was asked which sis I want heat or ice? I was like you tell me…then when I did see the doctor she did rub/massage the back…she was going to order an MRI waited on them to schedule that and never heard back from them. Called again was told if you want to discontinue there pay the doctor said you can l, I said so you just let me decide it, I’ll let my attorney call and get the release of my medical records from this inadequate place where you are suppose to make the clients feel better! Everyone seemed like they were just there to receive a paycheck cause no one ever smiled, there was no compassion…they even wanted to put me in the trim with someone else, I said no because I’m sick and don’t want to spread it. Run as far from this place as you can…INTEGRITY DOES NOT EXIST HERE!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!! The wait time was ridiculous…I can remember leaving because I had waited for over 25 minutes to get to a therapy room. Wow, I wouldn’t send my cat to this place…AND I HATE CATS! Felicha M Adams

The staff are really nice people down from the driver up to the chiropractor she is really nice, the nurses are very sweet and on top of their job not sitting around talking all day like some other places, they actually do their job and work with you. Your not being hold up there for hours and they keep you on track with each session. I'm not really to good with names lol but this staff the driver, the nurses, the nurse tech, pain management doctor and the chiropractor each have left great impressions on me.

Lisa is amazing I was coming for about to months and she felt like family... She was always kind with a smile and nice to my son, I looked forward to seeing Lisa on a daily. I am sure going to miss her and oh yeah the treatment was good too!!!!!
