If you love your family cared for with compassion and empathy please Do Not use this service. There is always a delay in response. They have more directors than nurses who play the blame game. Zero accountability. Wasting precious time picking up prescriptions that should’ve been delivered. Which were called in only after you go through the chain of command. LVN to nurse to Dr to admin. Not in a timely manner I spent the last 24 hours of my fathers life suctioning secretions. I hope and pray nobody else has to experience this. The LVNs we came across were empathetic and professional. But they cannot provide the comfort a dying person should have because their process is not streamlined. If you are considering going with this company please don’t. You will regret it.
