Went in to get my blood drawn for something my Dr. wanted to look at. After taking my information and waiting for a couple of minutes they call me up to the window to tell me they don’t have a “tube” required to draw my blood???? How can CPL not have the equipment to perform one of their core services?? The sent me to another CPL across town who they said had the right syringe. When I got to the other CPL they had no idea what they were talking about! Unbelievable!

On Friday August 1, 2025 10am , at the Edinburg location off of Alberta, the young man working in black scrubs had 0 people skills. His tone and treatment was so impersonal, rude and condescending. The other female employees weren’t all that much better. As luck would have it, the young man would be the one that did my labs and he didn’t even ask which arm, just proceeded with my right arm and now I’m all bloody and sore on my primary arm. I had to see myself into the area where they do the labs because no one even opened the door and showed me the way, I had to see myself out because he couldn’t even say anything like “you’re all done”. I regret not having asked his name or saying something directly to him. He had no name tag. There was also a little girl they did labs on before me and everyone could hear everything, how they couldn’t get her to extend her arm.. and even the things the employees were saying about it after the girl and her mom left. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, complete lack of customer service, complete lack of empathy or care. Unacceptable. I’ll NEVER come back here & I suggest you avoid as well.

I had been there before and was happy with the out come. It had been a long time but I went today. They had me sign in. Last time I did need my ID. I forgot it and had to go get it from my car. The issue was had they just said make sure sure you have your ID and insurance, it would have saved over 30 minutes of waiting for nothing.

Walked in and both attending at the window were on their phones first of all. I asked them a question and they couldn't answer and wanted to send me to other location way across town. They gave me false information about hours of service on both locations. I called and got different information than initially told. I just had to go across town for myself. Service at the other location wasn't great either. What happened to a good face to face interaction? Very dissapointed in service especially when due to medical issues.
