Worst therapy place to ever get, lupee is a lier, she acts as if she wants to help but dosent do anything and dosent own up to her words, im 3 weeks post op, and still havent gotten therapy from them, if you want your therapy dont go to them, choose anything but them, and I think the reviews other than this speak from themselfs

My mom has been bed ridden for over ten years so she needs someone to bathe her so we have had no luck with an agency to send someone. So a provider came and she wanted my dad to help her bathe my mom (seriously I believe that is your job and you get paid) so that was her first and last day because she never came back . I called just today to see what and why no one is coming by to bathe my mom and apparently they just told my dad to find another agency. I mean what is this world coming to where disabled people are being thrown around like they don’t matter . So please don’t use this agency.

Highly. Highly recommend Always Caring. My daughter has been under her care of Gilbert and Christopher for 4 years now and I have never been disappointed. When I need their help they always make themselves available. When the doctor adds new stuff they always stay on top of her care. If we have questions or concerns they always take their time to explain or show us. Thank you.

At the moment, Miss Terry has been amazing, very helpful and very understanding of my daughter’s needs. The customer service has always been to my satisfaction. Very bad service. I was going to start services for my father because someone recommended but I had the baddest expierence with a nurse named rosa. She is a big lier and not responsible at all on her time to get into the visits with the patients. A rude person especially the director. She is the same. They should realize that they have the company because of the patients and not the workers. The client is always right! you owners of this companies. Be very careful with this company. They are poor with employees and all of them are very rude! I will definitely give them a minus zero!
