I was so pleased with their professional staff and with the special attention they gave to him. They facilitated communications with his various doctors and made sure nothing was missed. The care they gave my family truly made them feel like family , always bringing a smile of comfort and compassion. They were able to handle my grandfather through his good and bad times as he slowly forgot and lost himself they were easily able to adjust and take care of him while my family worked , they took care of family and I will always be in their debt. Very poor service, I wouldn't recommend it. My grandmother was hospitalized about 3 times last year and 2 times this year, and got worse. The nurse would just go to her house and take her blood pressure and fill her medication box within 30 minutes. They're supposed to keep their patients from going back to the emergency room and they don't. We switched over to pueblo de salud after the last hospitalization, we're glad we made the switch.
