Mixed experience, great PT care but poor follow up and communication My physical therapist Tiffany was wonderful, professional, kind, and responsive. Unfortunately, my experience with Lizette, who handled my discharge, was the opposite. When I asked if discharge required a visit, she first said yes, then followed up saying I probably didn’t need one because I was “much younger than most of her patients.” I’m still a patient regardless of age and the comment felt dismissive. Shortly after, I was told I’d be “non-visit discharged” with no explanation or next steps. I had to reach out days later (same text thread) to confirm my status, and she asked for my name. When I asked who would handle follow up care, she replied, “We are just therapy.” To make matters worse, I learned they reported a missed or refused visit that never happened. Despite reaching out for clarification and requesting an office manager contact, Lizette never responded, though Tiffany did, again showing her professionalism. Overall, Tiffany provided excellent care, but the administrative side and discharge process were confusing, inaccurate, and handled without accountability.

Would give 0 stars if possible, after the most recent takeover by new management. The new lady in charge is first of all impossible to get ahold of, trust me, she will not return your calls. This is common knowledge. My grandfather is elderly and a WW2 veteran. His Medicare payments have actually increased to Enhabit, yet services have been decreased. He had 3 showers a week, now down to 0. How can this happen, he is not the only patient this is happening to either. This is criminal and no way to run a business. Unfortunately since no one would respond, we are leaving this terrible company. Be aware folks, this company will cancel your services without a moments hesitation. Theres another patient, in his 80s, disabled and living alone. His showers got cancelled as well. How is this possible? Stay well away from Enhabit folks, there are other home health companies out there!

We have been very pleased with Encompass and their staff. My grandmother has a nurse who comes once a week. Josh is great. He asks her questions and listens to her etc. Usually for PT we have Erica or Lizette and they are very good. My grandmother is 90 years old and they still work her at her pace etc. If we are having a bad day, they let her choose what to do. Everyone shows up when they saw when they are going to and are on time. We have no complaints.

Negative 5 stars if I could. Response time is terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if their clients have sustained terrible injuries or worse with their lack of service. No one ever returns calls or visits when they state they're on their way. Weeks will go by with no response. The 'nurse supervisor' replies when she wants. What kind of Care is this? I understand everyone is busy but it's not an excuse to at least triage calls in a timely manner. My fathers in his 80s and has stage 4 cancer. I don't have time to sit and wait around. Never again. We will be switching companies.

1. Nurse Nickie lacks basic nursing skills, like how to draw blood. 2. Health care professionals often cancel appointments shortly before time to show up. This is a red flag that can indicate Medicare or insurance fraud. 3. Asked nurse why she did not deliver requested medical records? Her answer was if you do not like our service you can go somewhere else. This was her answer to a stage 4 cancer patient. I immediately asked her to leave and canceled any further services. 4. Never did receive requested medical records.
