Follow-Up: A Heartfelt Thank You for Turning Things Around I want to provide an update to my previous review from eight months ago. When I first became my mother’s guardian, I was deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and compassion from the original team at First Choice Hospice. However, since the transition to a new team, the level of care has completely changed for the better. The current staff has been attentive, kind, and consistently communicative, keeping me informed about my mother’s wellbeing every step of the way. During this difficult time, as her body is in the process of crossing over, their compassion and responsiveness have brought me tremendous comfort. I truly appreciate the new team for stepping in, making things right, and showing genuine care for both my mother and our family. Thank you for restoring our trust and for the warmth you’ve shown during such a sensitive time.

I loved 1st Choice Hospice. I am totally amazed with the service they provided to my grandma. She was real happy when her nurse would go and visits her. They helped her in whatever she needed and also explained the process on how all of this was going to work. They were supper caring and understanding of our situation. They prepared us to when the time would come on how to handle the situation and keep calm. We as a family learned a lot things did not know but we were always satisfied with their service. Every single person was amazing with us, the person that started explaining the process, the nurse that took care of her case, the CNA that would come and bathe her, the person in charge of delivering the equipment. I am totally grateful for all the staff and the doctor and the nurse of course. All of our questions where always answered and all of our concerns where always addressed. The on call nurse was always available whenever we needed him. 100% recommended. This hospice is the best hospice we could have hoped for. Very recommended for when ever you need someone to help you in a very difficult situation.

Grammy's quality of life with gentle hands of exceptional physical and occupational therapy care. Grammy's has transitioned to 1st Choice Hospice Care. With heart felt feelings, along the way the services were made simple with compassion for our family. They have honored my Grammy like one of their own.
