Terrible customer service. The providers are good but the communication with the office is horrendous. We’ve tried to get a copy of an invoice for over a month. Still no invoices after at least 10 calls to the office.

This company is a total scam. They claim to provide physical therapy services, but nothing is actually offered. No one answers the phone or responds to messages. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Been with this company over 8 months. Neither of my caregivers have gotten paid on time once. One of them even quit due to this reason. I have tried calling and they never return my calls. The only time they answer is when I say I'm going to switch providers. When I do get a hold of someone they say they will look into it and get back to me and then they ghost once again. I will be switching companies.
