We have been using the services of La Familia home health for approximately three years now. I have nothing but good things to say about this agency. Like anything else, there have been a few hiccups along the way, but the positives outweigh the negatives. My mom's providers are friendly and hardworking, especially Yolanda Ramirez Arras. The office staff is always willing to help and do what is in their power to assist. Desire, Letty, and Iskra have always accommodated my mom's needs as best as they could. We can always count on Monica, Olga, and Diana to fill in, always with a smile and hardworking, when my mom's providers call in. The provider's supervisor, Rick, is very attentive, helpful, and willing to listen when we have a problem. And not to mention Cheryl—I have never seen a woman take her job so seriously and actually care about the care of the clients. La Familia has always made us feel like family, and we really appreciate all of you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you!"

I would like to give special thanks to La Familia Home Health especially those that helped me after my surgeries: Sylvia Cardona who helped with my hygiene at home, my nurse Karen who took all my vitals and concerns with my doctors and prescriptions, Juan my physical therapist who saw that i was getting the proper excersice and finally Romana who assigned them to me.
