The patient just came home from the hospital the night before where they wake you up every 4 hours... So the patient is asleep and resting at home the next day.. first thing in the morning they call every number they have on their file, and texts...constantly not just once. So I let them know the patient is sleeping, when he is awake I will speak with him & call you to set up an appointment . Next thing we know a nurse is at the door! WHAT? Who does that? Her excuse is "it's our policy to do drive bys" what? Then not bothering to see the sex of the patient, she refers to the male patient as"she"! You are here to see a patient and you don't know if it's a male or female? Their office not any better... makes up lies about them calling and sending nurses to the house because patients are so dumb in their eyes that they might mistake a call with a message ..and a text explaining everything...as spam! A SPAM! So pushy and desperate.... Pay attention to the ratings. .. there is something seriously wrong with this agency that they are so pushy with potential patients. Honestly, I wouldn't trust my loved ones with this agency.. not the homehealth or their hospice. They practice questionable practices. Be warned!

Matrix home health services has been a God send to my family. I was referred to them by a family member who had used their services before. Jessy from Matrix came and spoke with our family about the services offered and was very patient with our questions. I had spoken with four other agencies prior to Matrix and after speaking with Jessy We decided to use Matrix. Matrix is very thorough and attentive and their care givers are excellent. Honestly I was drowning and attempting to take care of my parents and needed assistance quickly but wanted to choose the correct agency to support our specific needs. There isn't any drama in working with this agency everyone is on the same page which is great. Thanks to them my parents now have physical therapy services, nursing staff to check on them an in home care worker named Claudia which we adore. All around great experience.

If I could give negative starts I would. If you truly love your loved ones do not use this service. They charge the insurance company for a ten minute visit and report false information. If your loved one is not declining rapidly then they don’t meet their qualifications. They tell you that hospice is not a terminal service before you sign the papers and afterwards they tell you they only take clients that are actually dying. They were referred to us by the doctor. The doctor is fully aware of this experience. I guarantee we are not the only ones going through this experience. This company has A LOT of turnover. Nurses and social workers are constantly changing.
