Worst experience ever from a home health care agency. Absolutely no communication from the case manager or physician/NP/PA. Getting a call back from the nurse is almost impossible. Called to request answers for why no communication has occurred and obtain a better plan of action and the company dropped my family member from care. I would recommend a child as a caregiver over this company.
