TLC home health is a very unprofessional in how they handle customers. They dropped me with no reason what so ever. Spoke to Diane who is supposedly the supervisor for the office, I called to see if they can please give me a reason why they drop me by a letter and it was refused. I was talk to very unprofessionally and they did not resolve my issue be careful with this home health agency. If the customer service is not professional, then you can imagine how the nurses conduct him selves very unprofessionally. They are lucky that they have one nurse that is very good but that’s all they have. I was with my nurse for three years and for them to not give me any answers as to why I was dropped is wrong. I am taking this to the better business bureau.
