My mother never received her diapers, I was taking care of her for 8 hours a week. They suppested I drop my mother s insurance for her to receive more hours, never happened. Instead they gave my mom a caregiver who for the first day sat around the whole three hours doing nothing except on her cell phone and showing my mom pics of her youth. I complained and never received an explanation. Do yourself a favor, take care of your loved ones yourself.
