January 6, 2026 my dad suffered a stroke. He was flown from Pahrump to a Las Vegas stroke center. I was then told he had multiple clots in his rain and he was paralyzed on his right side. Doctors stated it would be a long rehabilitation process. Consisting of multiple procedures, medication etc. My dad was 84. My dad made it clear that he did not want any tubes and machines to keep him alive. So I made the choice to honor my dad's wishes. The hospital he was at was taking to long to get him on to hospice. My daughter called Physician's Choice and within the hour of calling the admitting nurse arrived. She arranged to bring my dad home. By the time my dad arrived to my home his bed, oxygen and medications were there. The Social Worked was compassionate. She arranged for a priest to come and bless my dad. Christine was not the nurse that was assigned to him, but she showed up from the first day and every day after until my dad passed away. I am forever grateful for the staff at Physician's Choice. Christine RN you will forever be a part of my family. The love, the compassion, the empathy, your grace is truly a blessing from God. Christine you provided outstanding care not only for my dad but for our family. Words cannot describe my gratitude. Thank you Physician's Choice. Thank you to the transport company who drove my dad home. Thank you to the company that brought over my dad's medical supplies. Thank you Christine you are a grace from God. Nicole M.

My mother recently passed away with Physicians Choice as her hospice. I was very sad that no one from the hospice was with me when my mom passed as she was actively in the last stages. No one called me after to check on me and to see how I was. I got a text telling me they were sorry she passed. I was very disappointed in their compassion and Personally I would use a different Hospice service. I felt very alone!

Choose Physicians Choice Home, Health And Hospice, you will not be disappointed. They are by far the most professional in communication and follow up. We had the pleasure of working with Travis Martin and he was very compassionate with our situation and gave us the attention that we needed with our mom. He represents the company well with his detailed oriented service and never failed to return my calls, answer every email and text. He pretty much answered the phone whenever I called even after hours. We truly appreciate his service and he seems more like a friend than a service representative. Call this company and ask for Travis.

We recently put my beloved mother in hospice until she passed away. I just want to say as heartbreaking of an experience that it was , your staff was amazing. They responded quickly to our every need. I want to acknowledge especially Jessica , my mom’s RN. I could not of asked for a more caring compassionate person. She went above and beyond to make herself available and help us with all our needs with such kindness. She is truly a gift. I hope you never have to experience this but if you do I only hope you have the same care and attention we received.
