They never showed up for their shift. We would go weeks without anyone coming even though it was supposed to be three times a week. They were always late or would show up with their children. Then they would get around my mom and talk about how they didn't have enough gas money to get home, or some other problem that they needed money for. Very unprofessional we called and they office would say they don't have enough people so they cant send someone to help. One worker refused to pick up towels in bathroom after showering my dad cause the house was to clean so we didnt need her to straighten up. So she just sat and watched tv. They would have to send person after person.
