My mother has been under the care of this home health agency for only two weeks and the transition to this agency has been horrible. The only people who have consistently come to see my mother is OT, PT and the lady who assist with her bath but to get a nurse visit for my mothers wound of whom has stage 4 breast cancer is absolutely horrible and I have called several times to get someone out to see her. With her nurse visit she has only been seen 1 time in a span of 2 weeks. When I called and spoke with the manager the nurse was claiming she was doing the visits but in fact she was not. She lied and my mother needs the care. I will be escalating this to report the agency for lying. Additionally wound care supplies were ordered but there was a huge issue with that and my mother still has not received her supplies. If you want someone to actually show up and do their nursing job DO NOT GO WITH PROFESSIONAL HOME HEALTH! I spoke with a manager today and was supposed to get a call back but I never got a call back

The entire staff cares about people and it shows in how they will take care of your loved one. I will not let any other agency ever take care of my parents. My parents are hard to please and they just can't keep talking about the people that work here.

This company is difficult to work with. The manager tries to identify problems but still makes lame excuses for personnel not showing up for appointments or doing their job when they do show up. The PT person, Beth, was very good. OT was a joke and got his feelings hurt when asked to call me to schedule my mom’s appointments and the nursing was just ok. Don’t recommend.

If I could give less stars I would..this business is trash. As a patient I was told by one the nurses named Lauree that I wasn't important and that my treatment could be delayed by her. I have very bad burn wounds and the bandages needed to be changed but they feel that they can come out when they need to to do the job and that's not good, they don't care about infection or any of that. I would not recommend this company to anyone, please find your loved one better care.

I acquired services for my brother who is disabled and experiencing heart failure. His assigned nurse, Anne, was interesting to say the least. From visit one she showed that she was a know it all and refused to follow directions. Visit two she showed that she only wanted to check vitals. When tasked with refilling medication containers, she initially refused citing that she didn't want to confuse my brother or the order. Visit three, she requested for someone else go to my brother's home to help her. This is when I contacted the agency and was told they would replace her. They didn't. Visit four, she called me with an antagonizing tone questioning me about my brother's meds and seemingly looking for a fight. However, from day one, she acted as if she was being burdened and put out. There was nothing warm or nurturing about Anne. Her disposition is very off putting. I don't usually participate in ratings but, it's my duty to alert others to what our experience has been with this organization.
