Avatar's Texas Best Hospice took care of my mother for 2 years! She lived so much longer than expected because of the good care she received from the nurses, and certified nurse's aids (CNAs). They were very attentive to any little changes in her health and were able to bring in the appropriate medicines within hours of an event, so it never landed her in the hospital. We were also able to have her live at Miss Vilma's Care Home where she was well loved, given good nutritious foods, and even had her nails polished weekly. I have recommended Texas Best Hospice to many friends and will continue to do so. If you want knowledgeable, caring, out of the box thinkers taking care of your loved one, call them.

I have been getting help with a company WKM which Avatar Healthcare Home. And the service is horrible! I would never use this service ever. But if you would like to use them that is your choice. They are horrible, they left me laying in my waste for over a day and they don't care. That Congresswoman, Bernice Johnson died from laying in her waste and no one seemed to care. That is how this agency is treating me. I hope I don't die! Also their caretakers eat the clients food too. So their caretakers are getting paid and they are eating food! I have explained this to the agency and they have done nothing about it. They have told me I have to prove they are doing that. But it is kind of funny when you can hear them open a can of cola. Of you can smell the cooking something and they say that is from earlier when I cooked you something. Whether anyone believes me I know God is watching. Just discussing they think they feel they can eat whatever they want and still get paid. We paiients/clients don't make enough money to feed the whole staff. 😡

My mom is a patient on hospice services with Avatar. They do amazing work. The hand of God is definitely on the Granbury staff. My mom has been on services for over a year and her quality of life has greatly improved since beginning services with Avatar, which has helped to extend her life..we are so very thankful for Avatar Healthcare.
