We have been ordering for over a year. I cringe every time I have to order supplies. Each time I request that my order is not fed ex because it never shows up or I'm notified that it's damaged and can't be delivered, which isn't cooks home health fault, but I also HAVE to request this each time I order even tho I'm told that a note is added. I have also ordered supplies and even most recently (this week) ordered my sons feed bags, told they would be here the next day, called the next day to confirm they were on the way and told yes even tho they get to our house by 11 am when they deliver and this was 230 when I called. By 6 pm, they still hadn't arrived. So here I am on my sons last feed bag and the office is closed today for new years. So I am frustrated that I constantly experience delayed shipments when I'm told they will be here on certain days and they are not.

We brought pur grandson to cooks in fort worth for a broken leg. After the Dr saw hime they sent us to the home health. After being here for an hour they called and said there was no order sent over and it would be another 30 minutes. Then almost 40 minutes later they called again to say they didn't have a signed order and it would be a while longer. Then we were told it would be just a few more minutes and after waiting for an hour there is still no one coming out.

Cook Children’s Home Health in Allen was so wonderful with my little boy who needed a helmet. Nitin was OUTSTANDING! He was always so kind and you could tell he truly cares about the kiddos. He helped make each appointment comfortable for my son and by the end, my son’s head shape had improved dramatically. Thank you to the whole team and to Nitin who was a joy to work with!

Our experience with the mobility department is always 10/10 but recently, we encountered a damaged wheelchair from flying. The claims department with the airline had us reach out to Briyet, whom we often work with, for an assessment of the chair. Assuming we had minimal damage, Briyet’s thorough inspection found that we actually had a bent frame, meaning the whole chair needed to be replaced! The claims manager that was helping us could not believe how quickly and how thorough the Cook team was. Briyet acted fast and worked closely with the claims manager securing us a brand new wheelchair within less than a month!!! Once the claims department closed our case, she called me a second time to share how amazing it was to work with Briyet and the Cook team. I truly don’t know what we would do without this team!

Deborah Graham always provides my son with top notch care and even goes above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable. She remembers us every visit and treats us like family. She takes her time and makes sure the fit is perfect and just as needed.
