They caused my bed bound grandmother’s death by unplugging all of the air conditioning units in her home and removing all of the fans from her room on the hottest day of June 2018 and didn’t bother letting anyone know what had happened until it was too late. Not to mention the fact that they had been starving her, denying her liquids, denying her medication, refusing to change her diaper, and removed her access to her phones to make sure she was unable to call for help. When we asked Ms. Williams (the administrator) why no one contacted my mother about my grandmother’s condition, she said that without a medical power of attorney on file it would be illegal for her to have given my mom any information about her, although my mother is my grandmother’s only living heir. DO NOT trust these people with the lives of your loved ones! It was a woman named Natasha who did these heinous things to my grandmother, while being enabled by Ms. Williams.
