I very recently reached out to DFW home health in anticipation of services. While I am hoping the experience is five stars, I'm terribly disappointed with my introduction to the company. Brandi, who has answered on both occasions, is incredibly short and not helpful. She appears eager to get off the phone and went out of her way to give me as little information as possible. The MOMENT I began to ask specific questions she became suspicious and exhausted every avenue to try and get me to identify what agency I was with. When I pointed this out she stated she was trying to ensure she didn't give out sensitive client information. I explained that she had done just that for the previous 7 minutes. I TRULY hope we get outstanding service in terms of the care they send for the client. With their 3 star rating and my experience with Beth, I'm not so sure.

I had given the one star because I needed temporary home health aid to come out to assist with bathing. I did received physical therapy. Which it was good, but I didn't understand why I didn't get the temporary home health aid after my surgery I did requested after being released from the hospital. Which it does says on their website provide home health aid, social work, and was told that they don't do them. I had a lVN to come out to check my vitals sign every week didn't really make any sense. I was discharged from my primary doctor, and they still wanted their LVN nurse to still come out just to do vitals sign. I wasn't giving no resources from a Social Worker like they have it on their website. I was discharged from their physical therapy work for DFW. Because it was temporary which I was also aware of that. I am thinking if they could have kept me with their Physical therapy to just to get paid only to continue unnecessary service. They still wanted to came out my insurance approval it,like the LVN nurse still wanted to come out just to do vitals sign to make her job easy for paid only, because my insurance apparently approved them again I didn't need to continue service with their LVN but actually needed home health aid to come assist with bathing and other needs. Which I didn't received a home health aid. Overall, they had only wanted their LVN nurse to come out just to do vitals sign only, not a home health aid to really assist with bathing I did need it for assistance.

DFW Home Health was great to work with. Everyone we dealt with—nurses, therapists, and support staff—was kind, professional, and really seemed to care. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and we always felt like we were in good hands. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing home health care in the DFW area.

I can’t say enough great things about this home health company. From the moment we started services, the team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to my loved one’s well-being. The nurses were knowledgeable and attentive, always taking the time to explain things clearly and listen to our concerns. The physical therapist was excellent and helped make a real difference in recovery. Communication was prompt and respectful, and they consistently went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of skilled, dependable, and compassionate home health care.
