Pro’s: Bethany the OT, Robin the ST & Marilynn the PT are AMAZING! Con’s: The way Enhabit does their scheduling sucks! They let you know a day before when they can come, instead of planning the appointments out for the week & making impromptu changes if necessary. Which to me would be more conducive. We’ve seen 3 or 4 nurses😳😤🤬! The one came & seemed really nice, but smelled like a cartoon of cigarettes. Another she was nice, but never was prepared with the items that were need & she didn’t know how to change my husband IV dressing. Which ended us up in the ER cause not only was the dressing wrong, she had pulled it almost completely out so when I went to administer his IV antibiotic it leaked all over him. Her nor the one they sent afterwards was familiar with the wound vac he had. I could go on, but I think you all get my point. The Nursing staff is mediocre at best! I’m ONLY still using them cause I don’t want to start over at this point with a new company, but BEST BELIEVE, I won’t be using them in the future if needed! UNLESS, we ONLY need the Therapist! They’re the ONLY reason I gave 3 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️! Or else, I’d gave 1⭐️ since 0⭐️’s aren’t a option.
